Works like a charm 
This is the exact power source/adapter needed for my camera (Canon Powershot S5 IS). My only regret is that it was not included in the camera package I purchased.
Saves on batteries
Owning the Canon PowerShot S5 IS, this power wall adapter saves on the batteries, since I'm constantly reviewing and deleting pictures off my 2 GB card. I don't use the camera's battery power anymore.

I'm finally asked to review a product here on Amazon and it's for a power supply... Oh well, we all can't talk about the new Apple iphone I suppose, so here's my glorious review of this power supply:
This camera power supply really rocks! It hooked up with minimal effort, providing just the right amount amount of power that my camera needed. The connection wasn't too loose and it wasn't too tight - in fact, it fit in just right. I really liked the fact that it said "Canon" on it. That made me feel proud as a consumer. The fact that even the Japanese feel they must make this product in China (like us) just adds to the warm and fuzzy feeling I get using it.
If you like taking pictures but feel batteries are better suited for things that go buzz in the night, you'll just love this power supply. It fit my needs perfectly and I'm sure if your a 40 year old male Caucasian Virgo who enjoys walks on the beach like me, you'll find a use for this item too! ENJOY!!!
