a battery without power 
Proves you get what you pay for. After about 6 charge-recharge cycles, this battery holds enough of a charge to take perhaps 10 pictures.
Good price, decent performance. 
The price is right and the performance is acceptable. I keep a handful in my camera bag and I have no worries about running out of "battery" power while I'm out taking pictures all day.
