It's good, but now that the Extreme IV prices are coming down I would buy that instead.

Works Great With Canon XTi
I purchased two of these,4GB cards, to replace my 1GB cards that I had from a previous Canon camera. I now shoot in Raw+Jpeg and I get 219 pictures, with the Jpeg only modes I get 890. I purchased these for a few up coming trips that I am going on and can't wait. This is a great product and I haven't had any issues with it from the first day that I got it, over one month so far. I have only purchased SanDisk for my flash card needs and never any issues. Great Product, I will purchase more as needed.
eXtreme III 4.0GB Lives up to its name!
Have finally put this compact card to a good test--I shot about 50 shots of our local "Cinco de Mayo" celebration. I used a Nikon D70s set to capture in the RAW setting. It captured every image with lightning speed! Download was a snap too. I highly recommend this compact flash card to any serious photographer.
Perfect card
This card has plenty of memory to take a large number of high quality photos. The wrtie speed of this card is good enough to even capture air show pictures. Highly recommended for all types of photographers.
