Customer reviews
Got batteries?
I love this camera. The bag, 1 gig card, and the tripod are great. But this camera sucks up batteries like nobody's business. I had read the reviews and got myself the correct type of rechargeables so it's not like I was clueless. Just be prepared and enjoy some great pics!
Canon 590
This camera, recommended by one of the photographers at DisneyWorld, has all the bells and whistles I was looking for: large LCD screen with "off" option to save AA batteries; a viewfinder to use to minimize "shake", although it does have ISO; manual use option; plus many shooting settings such as sports, portrait, etc.
It is fairly lightweight, and was in the price range I was looking for.
I am very satisfied.
