This backpack is designed for the photographer with a pro digital or film SLR with battery grip and 5" lens attached, several lenses, a flash and accessories plus a laptop. Very good - needs more pockets on top compartment 
I am a big fan of this package. The backpack in particular is wonderful. The tripod is somewhat flimsy for my Nikon D40. Cleaning kit is good.
The backpack could use some more pockets in the top compartment, but really this backpack is just about perfect. I've been using it for ~4 months, including several flights and for day-to-day use, and it has been great.

This bag is tight, there is a lot of room for everything that you need. The quality of the bag is very good, and it feels like your stuff is crush proof. I would recommend this bag to anyone that has an SLR. You paid a lot for your camera, why not protect it?
