Product Description

The Expedition 8 is Tamrac's largest backpack for carrying the most extensive collection of photo equipment. A large front pocket with a water-resistant zipper holds a light jacket or extra gear. The main compartment is completely foam padded with numerous adjustable, foam-padded dividers to protect multiple pro-size digital or film SLRs, a full range of lenses, and flashes. A camera with a long zoom lens attached is suspended on two vertical, foam-padded dividers that are internally reinforced with rigid plastic. Restraint straps hold the lens firmly in place. Three Windowpane-Mesh pockets inside the front flap visibly organize filters, film and other accessories. A plastic, foam-padded platform in bottom provides shock protection while a LockDown rain flap protects the zipper from the elements.

Great Backpack
I've used this backpack on two hikes since I got it. One was a 2.5 day event and it performed great. Very comfortable. I was kind of concerned about the length of it as I wasn't sure if the body with grip, 500mm lens and the 1.5X TC would fit when all attached; but it fits without a problem.

Nice pack for the 2 Canon Cameras including lenses and all the other stuff.
It is very well constructed and the layout is good. Once the Laptop goes in, the pack it will be full. Good for travel, but not for just short point and shoot outings. Great product.

It's big
This thing is great! I have dragged it from Florida to Hawaii and everywhere in between. It carries a lot of equipment/personal item and still fits in the overhead bin of any commercial aircraft. It's comfortable to carry too.
