The Adventure 6 features a youthful, modern and sleek design that, for security, does not look like a camera bag.In this uniquely designed backpack, the lower section is a completely foam-padded camera bag compartment, while the upper section functions like a traditional backpack to hold a light jacket, lunch or other personal items needed on your next photo adventure. The front pocket features Tamrac's patented Memory & Battery Management System that uses red flags to identify which memory cards and batteries are available.The foam-padded camera compartment has a weather flap and quick-release buckle for security and weather protection. Great Pack...
This pack fits my Canon Xsi with its 55-250 (5") lens attached perfectly in the bottom part of the pack. There is room in the top compartment for hike essentials or even a second small dslr. This backpack is a very sturdy well made piece of equipment and very versatile. I also really like the low-key styling, it doesn't scream "hey everybody, I've got some nice expensive cameras here"

Perfect for the photographer on the go!
I love Tamrac products. This backpack is perfect for hiking and for carrying camera equipment plus other essentials. As a mom/photography enthusiast I don't ever get to leave the house with JUST my camera so, frankly, this pack has become my new purse/diaper bag! I love the compact size. Slightly smaller than your avergage student backpack, it doesn't look ostentatious when I carry it around town. I highly recommend this product.

Great pack - not too big - not too small - great price!
I disagree with others who think this pack is too small, but also realize it may be too small if you have a ton of gear you want to take with you every time you want to shoot photos. I am an amateur photographer and I can fit my Canon S5, EX430 flash, a lens hood, adapter, Raynox wide-angle lense, battery charger and various filters in this bag - no problem. (The flash and charger go in the top portion of the bag with room to spare.) There is ample room to leave my lens attached and "T" slip it in the case. If you are going to be transferring your camera back and forth, you can leave the bottom portion unzipped and use the quick-release catch or you can just have your camera ready in the top portion. It is a very versitile piece of equipment.

Good camera day pack
I bought this bag specifically to use on a family trip to DisneyWorld. I wanted to carry the camera but also wanted to have the ability to bring a couple jackets, water bottles, money, etc... I was able to carry everything I needed plus the camera in this one bag. The only thing that I would change on this bag is getting rid of the waist belt. There really isn't any need for it and I find it a bit annoying and a place to catch the bag on things as you are walking around. Other than that I think this was a good purchase.

I am very pleased with this product - the only annoying thing is all the straps and the lack of a place to put them if you aren;t using them.
