Product Description

The Adventure 7 is a modern backpack designed for the SLR photographer with a large digital or film SLR (such as Canon's EOS 1D series or Nikon's D2 series) with a grip and 5-inch lens attached, several additional lenses, a flash and accessories. The completely foam-padded lower compartment protects photographic equipment, while the large top compartment holds a light jacket, lunch or other personal items needed on a photo adventure.

The front pocket is equipped with Tamrac's patented Memory and Battery Management System which uses red flags to identify available memory cards and batteries from ones that are used up.

The main compartment features a weather flap and quick-release buckle for security and weather protection. Double zipper pulls provide quick access to photo gear. Inside, foam pillars support the camera with a lens attached and ready for action, while adjustable foam-padded dividers protect other equipment. Two mesh pockets on the side provide quick access to accessories and water bottles. The comfortable, foam-padded backpack harness with sternum strap is contoured to spread the weight of the camera gear across the shoulders. The harness also features Tamrac's Strap Accessory System attachment points for customizing this pack with optional Tamrac S.A.S. products. Two lash tabs on the bottom allow a tripod to be carried (requires accessory straps).

Well thought out design, quality construction. Good size for one camera and a FEW odds and ends. If you are carrying extra lenses, flash, etc. get the next size up.

Camera Backpack
This backpack is perfect for a day trip. It holds my camera, video camera, extra lens and many other small items. The top compartment has room for snacks and other small items that you may need. I would recommend this to anyone.

Tamrac - Adventure 7 Photo Backpack
This camera backpack by Tamrac is of the highest quality. It is perfect for what I need and use it for. I shoot with a Nikon D200 and when I want to pack a little lighter for a hike or some other outdoor adventure I only like taking about two lenses and a flash or maybe three lenses without a flash. This backpack can fit those easily and it has a nice sized upper compartment to put other things you need in it like a nice turkey and swiss on rye once you get to the lookout point! They also use a great system for your memory cards utilizing their red tag system so you know which ones are full when you are changing them out and your on the go. In my opinion you cannot go wrong with this backpack. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I use it all the time.
