Comment: This 20 minut workout targets you hips and buttock in the most wonderful way and since it is so short, it can be squeezed in in almost anyones busy day. But don't be decieved by the look of these exercises - they may seem like a breeze, but once you get on the floor and go thru them, there will be no doubt as to what part of your body you are working!!
And for once, this is a workout that delievers what it promisses and that is fast results!!!

Comment: It's great, and highly effective in no time at all, like all Callantetics' workouts, but these exercises -and more- are included in the Callanetics and the Super Callanetics videos, so if you already have these tapes, you will not find anything new in the Quick Callanetics series.
