Summary: Essential for saving your opened wine for another day
Comment: I all but gave up buying wine until someone bought me one of these. I became frustrated by tipping half a bottle of good red wine down the sink a day after opening it when it had gone off, or feeling that I had to finish the bottle, and so feel worse for drink the day after. This item has changed all that. I no longer have to think about the waste if I just want a glass or two from a bottle. Simply push in the rubber bung and use the pump to suck all the air out. The wine keeps well for at least a week like this, and so is the perfect gizmo, if like me, you are a one or two glass per night regular wine drinker.The bungs are also dishwasher safe and after two years in mine, are still good as new.
It may seem a little pricey for what it is, but considering the wine I have saved over the years, it really has been invaluable.
