Summary: Works fine
Comment: This product works just fine, installed it by the pond and haven't seen any cats since, however, the squirells, birds and any dogs that come round aren't bothered by it at all.

The documentation, does state that some cats may lay down next to the device and this is a dominant fight the cat is having with the device, but the cat should soon get bored or fed up with the noise and leave. It all depends on the cat I guess.

Comment: Bought 2,placed one on the house wall by the patio, and the local cats walked around the corner then ran along the patio to a spot out of range. The main problem was the dead birds, the second device I placed on a fence near the bird feeders, I realised when two cats were camped under the bird feeder it wasn't effective. I moved the second device to immediately in front of the feeders, no more cats and no more dead birds.

Comment: Don't waste your money, it is absolutely useless. I've had mine for three months and it is consistently ignored by every cat in the area.

Summary: No More Moggies
Comment: My princess and I spent ages making her garden look amazing with weed sheets, bark and a whole load of new plants only for her selfish neighbour's EIGHT cats to decide to use it as a toilet every day. Revolting. Bought this baby and installed it with ease. The first day an offending moggy found a part of the garden that wasn't covered by the alarm so we moved it somewhere else. The moggy still came back once to do its thing but could definitely hear the device as it was looking very edgy. Since then (2 weeks ago) no more moggies, and my princess and I take great delight every morning in watching the moggies foul other people's gardens! We'll be getting another for her back garden very soon. All we need to do now is get one for my foxes. Buy one!!

Summary: Poor quality unreliable product
Comment: I bought 2 cat scarers, 1 for the car-port and the other for the other end of my small garden. Both were kept under cover.
Only one has worked properly, it did take about a week of the cats staring at it before they got fed up with it. It's kept the carport free from cat pee & poo. But this is now starting to pack up after 3 months! If I tap it it starts working again and you can hear the quiet bleep. The other one has the led light on but makes no sound and the cats curl up and sleep by it!!
A BAD buy especially as I have seen them locally for a lot less money.
