Comment: I learned about Rescue Remedy online, but was a bit skeptical about flower escenses. I purchased Rescue Remedy to help calm my cat. I had recently moved, and she seemed especially stressed out about the move, and was keeping me up all night. She cried for hours during the night (I live in a small apartment), making it impossiple for me to sleep.
I started out by putting 2 drops in her wet food at night, and steady increased the dosage to 6 drops. I give her the food about an hour before I go to bed. I'm not sure if she sleeps through the night, but she's calm and quiet until I get up in the morning. It's a miracle! I never thought I would find something that worked so well. Her vet even prescriped Valium, but that didn't work. I am completely satisfied with Rescue Remedy. It is a safe and effective 'remedy' to calm my cat during the night.

Comment: I'm not going to rant and rave too much but just say, I decided to try after my sister used that for a while. Well, as someone who tried Xanex, I can honestly say that the Rescue remedy is now my first choice when experiencing some anxiety. It doesn't make me drowsy but at the same time, works pretty good within short time. I took it daily over a month for sleep problems and then went over a month without. Had no "addictive" simptoms. So I highly recomend this product. Life's never get too easy :)

Comment: I have been using this product for years, because at times, I become anxious and do not want to use anything other than herbal. Large crowds can cause me to hyperventilate, but I don't want to give up going to concerts, festivals, etc. A few drops of this under the tongue relaxes me enough to get past the anxiousness.

Summary: Whoa! It actually does what it says it does...
Comment: This stuff works. Just like any drug, you'll quickly build a tolerance for it, so you can't use it very often if you want the most dramatic results. Most people who would buy this stuff would NOT be going through daily severe emotional trauma anyway.
But when you're feeling a negative emotion in its extremes (the more energetic ones like anger, worry, fear, or bewilderment/shock from a bad news), it'll completely even you out within a few minutes.
I once was worrying a lot about a situation that I couldn't really do anything about because I was so far away. So, I was sitting in emotional turmoil, and realized I bought this stuff a while back. I took a few drops and was feeling much more still, which is all I wanted.
Definite thumbs up!
