I have found Bio-Freeze to be a great pain reliever. It starts to work immediately the results last for a long time. I have a supply of roll on, spray, and gel for use. I have a serious back problem with my neck and lumbar area's particularly. My use of Bio-Freeze is daily and I welcome the relief. It truly is a marvelous product. It has made my life's pain bearable.
